Having worked in mental health for a number of years I am hugely passionate about supporting peoples’ wellbeing and helping them improve their mental health. So many people are experiencing burnout, and low energy and just like they have lost their oomph. This blog aims to share information and insight into how to get your wellbeing back on track.

These are a few of my favourite things…
- I grew up by the sea and so if there is one thing that gives me energy and a sense of calm it is being by the sea.
- I love animals, especially cute baby ones. I fostered a guide dog for a while and he was truly wonderful.
- I have recently developed a complete love of truffle after an incredible pasta dish in Albania.
